RETURN & REFUNDS
You can return undamaged items purchased from the site within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. Any damaged, used, incomplete or dirty product will not be eligible for a refund.
Return costs
The return costs are €80. They will be deducted from the refund.
Can I return my items?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to make a return request by logging into your account or contacting Customer Service via the contact us section. We will not accept any return requests made after this deadline.
How do I return an item?
Follow the return procedure below to return your products to us.
If you have created an account
1. Go to the Returns Center or log into your account, access the order you wish to return and click on the return button.
2. Enter the requested information for the order.
3. Select the products to return.
4. Indicate the reason for the return.
5. Add the requested information.
6. Verify the information on the pages.
8. Confirm the return.
9. Download the UPS prepaid return label.
If you have not created an account or are having problems, go to the contact us section and write us the problem.
Please provide the order number, the items returned and the reason for the return in your email.
How do I ship my return?
1. Once you receive the return label, package the items you are returning in their original packaging, wrapping and condition, with all labels attached.
2. Print the return label and attach it to the package. Cover all existing shipping labels.
3. Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.
- If your return request is accepted, you will be able to download the return label directly. - Please note that additional information and manual review are required for some return reasons ("I received the wrong item", "The item arrived damaged", "The item does not look like on the website", and "The item description on the website is inaccurate") and processing time may be longer.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the return label attached and shipping instructions to return the unwanted items.
- Please note that all fraudulent returns will be refused once identified.
Return Processing
We process and inspect returns within 3-7 business days from the date of receipt in our warehouse. This timeframe may vary depending on peak periods. Once the return has been validated by our quality department, we will proceed with the refund of the compliant items and you will receive a confirmation email. In the event of an anomaly, non-compliant items will not be refunded or returned.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not currently accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for another size, please place a new order for the item you want and then return the item with the wrong size. We will accept the return by verifying your new order number.
In what conditions can I return an item?
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with the labels still attached to the product as received. Incomplete, worn, damaged or dirty products cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons, we will not accept the return of masks, tights and swimsuits.
How long do I have to send my items back?
Once the return label has been generated, you have 5 days to return the package to our courier.
Which courier should I use to make a return?
Once the return request has been accepted, you will receive a prepaid return slip from our courier. If you choose another courier, you will be responsible for the costs.
When will my order be refunded?
If the conditions for returning the product are met, we will refund the amount of the item from the initial order (excluding shipping costs and return costs). Once the return has been accepted by our quality department, there is a period of 7-14 days for the refund of returned products. You will be refunded via the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
How do I know if my package has been received?
To find out the status of your return, we invite you to track your return on the courier's website or contact Customer Service via the contact us section.
Why was my return refused?
Your return may be refused for the following reasons: - It was returned outside the time limit (more than 14 days from the delivery date).
- The products were not returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Some of the returned products were missing.
- The return was requested due to a size or model error without first placing a new order.
Please note that damaged, deteriorated or incomplete products will not be accepted.
Can I return an item purchased online to a store or vice versa?
The website and stores work differently. Therefore, you can only return items purchased online online. Items purchased in a store must be returned to a store.
Who will receive the refund?
The refund will be made to the account or credit card used for the purchase. For security reasons, we are not allowed to refund to a different account or credit card.
